George Dyke manufactures forgings from as little as a few grammes to 85kgs. Their forging hammer energy ratings range from 800kgm to 6,300 kgm and, their forging presses from 150 tonnes to 2,800 tonnes forging force.
Finishing processes then include grinding, finishing, magnetic particle and ultra-sonic crack detection, cold calibration (Coining), shot-blasting, painting, plating and a wide range of machine processes.
Die manufacture and heat treatment are in-house facilities.
